The D80921 organic vapor cartridges and P100 filters are for use with 3M Secure Click facepieces. Secure Click cartridges/filters utilize dual flow technology for easy breathing.

The 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80921 features the innovative Secure Click connection style, allowing for a quick and simple connection of the cartridges. By aligning the connections on the facepiece and cartridge/filter and pushing until you hear a click, wearers can have confidence that the cartridges/filters are installed properly.

In addition to the secure connection, the Secure Click cartridges/filters are dual-flow, providing easy breathing for the wearer. Each respirator is equipped with two dual-flow cartridges/filters, creating four airflow paths in the world's first quad-flow cartridge/filter system. This design ensures breathability and comfort even in challenging environments.

The 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80921 is NIOSH-approved for use against certain organic vapors and oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants when used with approved 3M Secure Click facepieces. Please note that the D80921 is not suitable for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or for sandblasting. It is important to change the 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80921 according to your well-documented change-out schedule or earlier if you detect any smell, taste, or irritation from contaminants. Additionally, if the cartridges/filters become damaged or if breathing becomes difficult, they should be replaced.

If used in environments containing only oil aerosols, it is recommended to replace the cartridges/filters after 40 hours of use or 30 days, whichever comes first.
